One customer on one channel within 24 hours, however many messages it has.
What happens when we use all our conversations?
New conversations are billed as overage or go to your team, depending on your plan. You can upgrade at any time.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. The free trial starts when your assistant goes live, not when you sign up, so setting up costs you no trial days. No card is needed.
How do we pay?
Choose a plan on the Billing page to get an invoice. Pay it with telebirr or a bank transfer to the account shown there and give your transaction reference. The plan starts once the payment is confirmed. Prices exclude VAT.
Can we change plans later?
Yes. An upgrade applies now; you pay the difference for the rest of the period. A downgrade applies at the end of the period.
